NOZZCO offers free ground shipping all orders that ship within the 48 contiguous United States.
While we offer free shipping on most items on our website. In addition, free shipping may not apply to special discount items. When applicable, these charges will be noted on the product page.
CAN YOU ESTIMATE SHIPPING DATE FOR ME?
Domestic Shipping via UPS Ground is free on all orders in lower 48 states. UPS Ground Mail usually takes 1-6 days to deliver to your door. We also provide next day and 2nd day deliver service that you can choose on check out page.
I DON’T LIVE IN THE US. CAN YOU SHIP TO ME INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to many countries all around the world! Shipping rate will base on your living country when you checking out. Your order can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on the service in your area. Please note that you are responsible for all import duties and import taxes that may apply. We unfortunately have no control over these taxes as each country sets their own rules and laws to be paid by the importer.
WHEN DO YOU PROCESS MY ORDER?
In most cases, we ship within 24 hours of the day of purchase. If you place your order on the weekend, your order will ship the next business day. Please note, your order will not ship until payment for the order has cleared.
HOW TO RETURN ORDER IF I DON’T LIKE IT?
We are committed to our customer satisfaction. For most products on our website, if you don't like it, you may return it within 30 days for a refund (in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging).
To request a return, click "your order" or "contact us". Locate your order and the line item that you would like to return and follow the instructions. Once your return request has been authorized you can download your shipping labels or receive them by email. Simply print, attach to the box and drop off at your local UPS store.
Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected.
The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the credit amount. In other words, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item you return.
Any expedited shipping charges you paid on the original order are non-refundable.
EXCEPTIONS - We cannot accept returns of:
Products that have been clearly identified as non-returnable on the Product Details Page
Products that have been installed or assembled
Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
